We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to clean your clothes and get them back to you, we keep it secure, and we never sell it. By using our services — including messaging us on WhatsApp — you agree to this policy.

To provide our service we collect: your name; your mobile / WhatsApp number; your pickup and delivery address; the garments and services you request; and, if you choose to pay online, transaction details processed by our payment provider. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number and the messages you send. If you share a location pin, we use it only to route you to the nearest outlet. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.
We use your information to schedule pickups and deliveries; to price, process and track your order; to send you order and payment updates; to answer your questions; to prevent fraud; to meet legal and accounting obligations; and to improve our service. Service-related messages about your orders are part of the service; promotional messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out any time.
Only the people needed to fulfil your order — our store and factory staff, our delivery/pickup team, and the payment provider who securely processes your payment. We may disclose information where required by law or to enforce our terms. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Online payments are handled by a third-party payment gateway that processes and stores the transaction securely; your card details are not stored by us. Please review the payment provider's own privacy policy when you pay.
Our website uses minimal cookies and basic analytics to keep the site working and understand how it is used (pages visited, device and browser type). You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may then work less smoothly.
We take reasonable precautions and follow industry practices to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop messaging you, by contacting us on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email at support@sskwhitecollar.com. We will act on your request within a reasonable time (and no later than 45 days). We may retain certain information where the law requires it.
Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version is always on this page and takes effect once posted.
