These terms govern your use of SSK White Collar's services and website. By booking a pickup, handing over garments, or using our WhatsApp service, you agree to them.
SSK White Collar is a brand of KleenCo On-Demand Services Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +91 90710 56396, any day 10am–8pm.
We provide dry cleaning, laundry, steam ironing, shoe care, carpet cleaning and related garment-care services in Bengaluru, with pickup and delivery in our service areas. Booking is via WhatsApp or phone — no app or account is required. Pickup and delivery are subject to the availability of our staff and slots.
When you book, please give us accurate details — your name, contact number, address and the items you need cleaned — so we can serve you correctly. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Prices shown are indicative base rates and are confirmed with you before we begin work. Semi-express service is charged at 1.5× and express service at 2× of the base price. Delivery and packaging charges may apply per order and will be shown to you. Payment is due on delivery, or via a secure payment link we send you. For high-value items, please declare their value at drop-off (see clause 5).
We handle every article with the utmost care, using the method best suited to its nature. However, some risks are inherent to the garment and beyond our control. We cannot accept responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not visibly apparent before processing (including suede, leather, silk, satin, vinyl and polyurethane), nor for colour loss, bleeding or shrinkage of weak or tender fabrics, nor for curtain shrinkage.
Please remove all ornaments, valuables, cash and special buttons before handover; responsibility is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, shoulder pads and sequins. In the unlikely event of loss or damage caused by us, our maximum liability for any article is limited to ten (10) times the cleaning charge for that article, up to a maximum of ₹2,000, whichever is lower. If you wish to declare a higher value for a specific item, please tell us at drop-off; such items are accepted at an additional charge of 5% of the declared value, and our liability is then limited to that declared value. Any claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving the article, and any dissatisfaction should be raised at the time of collection.
Standard turnaround is shown per service and begins once your garments reach our facility. Delivery dates are estimates made in good faith; we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and we will keep you informed. Certain items — such as carpets, shoes and heavy garments — are not eligible for express service.
Please collect or accept delivery of your articles promptly. All articles must be claimed within four (4) weeks of the deposit date. Items left uncollected beyond this period may incur storage handling and, after reasonable notice, may be disposed of.
You can cancel a pickup free of charge any time before collection. Once garments have been collected and cleaning has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Please use our WhatsApp service and website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse them — including by sending unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or infringing content, attempting to disrupt the service, or impersonating others.
The SSK White Collar name, logo, and all website and marketing content are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Our website and WhatsApp service are provided "as is". While we work to keep them accurate and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the website is limited to ₹1,500, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify us against any liabilities, costs and losses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.
We may revise these terms from time to time; please check this page periodically. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
