Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our site. By using or accessing our site, you acknowledge that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them. The Privacy Policy published on our website must be read in conjunction with these Terms of Use and forms part of these Terms of Use.

STANDARD TERMS

  • Charges for Semi Express are 1.5 times of normal service and for Express it is 2 times of normal service.
  • Delivery for the Regular Services will be done as per the Scheduled Delivery Date.
  • Delivery for Express Services will be done on the next business day.
  • White Collar shall not be held responsible if the regular/express delivery is delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances.
  • We exercise the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and clean each article using a method that is best suited to its nature and condition.
  • We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not visibly apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyl, polyurethane, and similar materials.
  • In dry cleaning and laundry, we cannot assume responsibility for color loss and shrinkage or damage to weak and tender fabrics.
  • Please note that we will not be responsible for the upkeep of the garments if the garments are not collected within 4 weeks from the date of scheduled delivery.
  • Please check number of articles indicated, otherwise White Collar count must be accepted as correct. In case of discrepancy in the count, and if you are not available to verify, our count must be accepted as correct.
  • We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary, etc. In the event of loss by fire, any other loss or damage to article for which we may accept liability, without prejudice, such liability SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN (10) times the rates charged for cleaning the article, provided that the claim is made within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the article and the original tax invoice/contract must be presented. Such claim shall be deemed not exceeding INR 2000.00
  • Almost all curtains undergo some form of shrinkage based on the fabric, especially for first-time wash/dry clean hence, we do not take any responsibility for any shrinkage. However, WhiteCollar can get the re-stitching done with the choice of your curtain dealer, such cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Items like Carpets, Shoes & heavy garments will not be accepted for Express Services.
  • White Collar has all the rights to cancel/modify/change the T&C without prior notice.
  • Our prices may vary from store to store and city to city.
  • If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your login details, you must promptly notify us.
  • Please ensure your garments examination at the time of delivery. As we won’t be responsible for any loss. Responsibility is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, shoulder pads, sequins, etc.
  • Pickup and delivery services will be subject to the availability of the staff.
